Edmilson removed from Brazil's World Cup Roster after scan -- Brazil announced today that midfielder Edmilson would not be playing in the World Cup. This is after a scan revealed a torn meniscus on his right knee from an injury during practice earlier this week.

They have announced Mineiro of Sao Paulo will be replacing him on Brazil's World Cup team. It doesn't seem to have moved the line too much for Brazil's first game. Sports Interaction has the line on Brazil at 1.36 for their first game against Croatia. The odds are at 7.0 for Croatia and 4.0 for a draw.
